Cottage très propre avec tout le confort. Réceptionniste dévoué et très avenant. Environnement boisé vraiment très agréable, résidence très calme. Quelques petits défauts dans le cottage mais qui restent mineurs et liés au cottage, donc je n'en parle pas plus. La piscine, très propre est non chauffée, mais en cette fin août avec des températures moyennes, on s'y met rapidement. Petit bémol sur le chemin d'accès plein de trous, mais le parking est grand et suffisant. A noter, suivant d'où vous venez, notamment si vous venez du nord, vous devez prendre le ferry pour traverser la Gironde... Ou faire le tour par Bordeaux, mais c'est plus de 100 kms supplémentaires et 1h30 de plus minimum. Pas de grande ville à proximité, à part Royan, mais il faut prendre le ferry pour y aller... Coût en haute saison 2024 : 37 € pour le véhicule et 2,5 à 5€ par passager. Vérifiez aussi les horaires sur le site des ferries. Cependant la traversée est rapide et très sympa par beau temps. Peu de commerce sur Le Verdon, un supermarché, des très bons restaurants ; si vous voulez faire du shopping, il faut aller sur Soulac, a quelques kilomètres où il y a aussi un cinéma.

Lieu tranquille mais logement à revoir ainsi que
Les services proposé ne correspondent pas du tout petit dej possible erreur....plateau thé cafe dans l appartement erreur .pas de location de velo dans la résidence a la plage ou au camping qu' il faut reserver De plus notre logement avait besoin. De travaux enfants blessé a cause d un porte papier toilette mal fixé et dangereux ....des escaliers qui font un bruits de grinssement impensable avec 1 bb qui dort !!!!!
