A brand new construction 1 bedroom, 1 bath mountain chalet with breathtaking views right from the living room, front porch, and hot tub (cleaned and refreshed between every guest stay!).

Step inside our exquisitely appointed mountain chalet and enjoy a king bed, individual heat and A/C controls in each room so that you can dial in your perfect temperature, and a fully equipped kitchen ready for cooking up meals.

50in Smart TV in the living room ready for your Netflix account or other streaming services (no standard cable). Fiber wifi with face-melting speeds will meet every internet need you have. Board games in the closet and a Ping Pong table outside. Extra blankets for those clear chilly nights when you want to sit outside.

Bathroom features walk-in shower, shampoo/conditioner/body wash, and plenty of hot water.

Relax on the front porch or in our vintage ski lift chair swing from our local ski resort Stevens Pass while you take in the breathtaking views of Wedge Mountain, Edward Peak, and some of the amazing Enchantment Peaks.

Walking distance to the boat launch on Icicle Creek (for those lazy summer inner-tube floats), the Leavenworth Fish Hatchery (for a beautiful walk, snowshoe, or XC skiing by the river), and Icicle Ridge trail for one of the most popular and accessible hikes in Leavenworth.

A very short drive to downtown Leavenworth has you just close enough to be there in 7mins while being far enough away to escape the craziness of some of our busiest weekends.

We even have a NEMA 14-50 outlet for you to plug in your electric vehicle charger.

If the upstairs bedrooms and bathrooms have been used upon guest checkout, the guest will be billed at our 3-bedroom rate and forfeit their security deposit. If more space is needed please book our 3-bedroom listing.

All guests are required to sign a rental agreement and submit a refundable $500 security deposit.
