The staff at this hotel are very kind and welcoming, and the location is excellent. Unfortunately, that’s where the positives end. For the price, the accommodations fall far short of expectations. The hotel feels like a renovated Motel 6, and the walls and ceilings are extremely thin. Noise from neighboring rooms and guests above us was constant and disruptive.
At $500 per night, the value just isn’t there. We booked three non-refundable nights and chose to leave a day early. I would rather drive to Leavenworth than pay this rate again.
The beds were acceptable, but the water never got truly hot. Breakfast was identical each morning and required ordering the night before, picking it up yourself, and eating in your room since there’s no dining space.
While I appreciate the friendly staff and great location, this hotel is significantly overpriced for the amenities and comfort provided.
