Located 1km from the beautiful beach of St Cyprien (2km from shops and huts, 7km from Porto Vecchio, 30km from the airport), this villa, built in 2007, offers all the comfort of a house.
Large living room with lounge, dining area and fitted kitchen / equipped with its island bar.
3 airconditioned rooms with closet wardrobes and each with their own bathroom, 2 with shower, 1 bath with shower and toilet.
The land, fully enclosed, has a private parking for 3-4 cars side entrance.
The house opens onto the garden terrace equipped with a table and chairs in teak with large parasol where you can dine.
Below, the swimming pool, 7x4m, illuminated, protected by a fence, is surrounded with a beautiful wooden terrace where it is good to rest on garden sofas or chairs.
A small shed, which houses the pool filtration, you will also be stored outdoor bicycles and accessories. BBQ and outdoor plancha.
Quiet, not overlooked, this villa is located a few minutes from the sea and 20 minutes from the mountain.
The house has three bedrooms: 2 with double bed and one with 2 single beds. A cot is also available.
The kitchen is equipped with dishwasher, oven, microwave, coffee maker, kettle and everything needed for cooking.
You will also have an iron and ironing board and hair dryer.
Sheets, towels for 6 people and cleaning at the end of the stay are included in the service during the high season.

Corsica Visit
Nice clean property ideally located for beaches and walking. Slight downside was no aircon in living room and leaving doors and windows open encouraged invasion from mosquitos and ants. BBQ was a bit disappointing though as it was just a collection of rusting metal that was non functional. Overall the house and pool were great and enjoyed by all.

Excellent séjour
Nous avons passés un excellent séjour entre amis dans cette villa, les nombreux équipements nous ont agréablement surpris (ex : enceinte -nous avions oublié la notre-, trancheuse -pratique pour découper les charcuteries Corse-…), piscine très agréable, aucun vis à vis, calme et tranquillité, climatisation dans les chambres bien appréciée. Merci Dorothée et Claire qui nous a accueillie.

Séjour au calme - Bonne situation
Bon séjour à la villa Morticcione qui se trouve à proximité de Porto Vecchio et des belles plages de la Corse du Sud, tout en étant dans un secteur calme. Propriétaire à l'écoute et accueil sur place sympathique. La maison est spacieuse et bien équipée.

Jolie villa pour de super vacances.
La villa est spacieuse et bien équipée. La piscine est très propre grâce au petit robot nettoyeur! J'ai mis une étoile en moins pour l'accès à la villa car les 100 derniers mètres sont très accidentés, mais je suppose que ce n'est que temporaire. Propriétaire et personnes de contact sur place très sympathiques.
