A lot to like about this hotel and it was in many ways better than expected. Location is spot on and parking easy and cheap.Unfortunately the experience was marred by a strong and unpleasant smell in one of our rooms - number 518. It made it quite unpleasant to stay.

2nd stay here - good location for the city. Nice rooms although the room we had last year was a lot bigger. This time the room felt very small and the bathroom too. Still, it did the job for a 1 night stay. Would stay again

Greeted by friendly reception staff. Clean & spacious room. Breakfast was great! It was around 10-15 minute walk from Leeds railway station. There was Taxis across the road and we used one to take us to the station. Cost was around £7.50.

The hotel was good for the very reasonable price, however my bed was very uncomfortable and I woke up with a very stiff back. The bathroom was also very compact and would not be suitable for anyone who was obese.

I have twice stayed at this hotel and had a good experience. However, this time it seems to be going downhill. The bed and pillows were uncomfortable. I along with other guests put out sign for room to be serviced, only to find they had not been done. There are ridiculous early closing time for the bar. No room service and staff totally lack customer service.
