31 BLUE is a selection of modern villas perched on Apolpaina hill, on the Greek island of Lefkada. Our villas offer unobstructed panoramic views of Lefkada town, the marina, and Gira beach along with stunning sunrises and sunsets.

Each of our villas comes with its own private infinity pool, terrace, barbeque area, and parking space.

This was the most amazing stay we have had in a villa. I wish we stayed for so much longer. The villa is EXTREMELY clean, the air condition works great, the host is the nicest woman ever, the furniture is all well-appointed, the pool is clean, the amenities and outdoor spaces are amazing. I really wish we planned a many week stay here. Lefkada is an amazing place and this villa made it all the better. The view is breathtaking. Sunrise is beautiful. We hope we are fortunate enough to make this a frequent visit/destination.
