The VILLA MARGUERITE is a single-storey house with a view of the Arcachon Basin, located in the heart of the village of Piraillan. With a living area of 115 m² and a plot of 1,150 m², it can accommodate up to 6 people in optimal comfort. It has a beautiful wooded garden, 2 terraces and a barbecue, perfect for enjoying the fine weather. You will easily access the different villages of the Lège-Cap Ferret peninsula.
The VILLA MARGUERITE is located in the village of PIRAILLAN, on the Lège-Cap Ferret peninsula.
Its 115 m² of living space is divided into:
1 large bedroom with a queen-size bed
2 bedrooms with double beds
A living/dining room with a DECORATIVE fireplace (not usable)
Two bathrooms with toilets
A separate toilet
A modern and fully equipped open-plan kitchen: oven, induction hob, fridge, dishwasher, SENSEO coffee maker, filter coffee maker, toaster, kettle, washing machine, vacuum cleaner...
A basement garage
A private uncovered parking space and the possibility to park very easily and safely in the street.
Outside, you will enjoy a first terrace with a view of the basin. Then a second one on the other side of the house, with a table for meals in the shade.
