Fully furnished DUPLEX APARTMENT and equipped 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom. Privacy entrance and Very clean and safe location. Close to RSW ( Ft. Myers International Airport). 25 minutes away from Hertz Arena and Shopping Outlets. NO CITY WATER, property is on well water. NO PETS. Thermostat is automatically set to 72 degrees at night { 8 PM to 7 AM }and 76 degrees during the day { 7 AM to 8 PM }. This is due to previous guest setting very low temperatures all day without OCCUPYING the house and even leaving the doors open. Costing us more than the fee of the stay. Parking for one vehicle only on driveway. NO VISITORS AND ONLY AMOUNT OF GUESTS BOOKED AT RESERVATION WILL BE ALLOWED. FAILURE TO COMPLY WILL RESULT IN CANCELLATION OF STAY. Cleaning fee is for bed linens, bathrooms towels and cleaning and brooming and moping. you need to take out trash, do dishes and pots and any other kitchen utensils/ware used.
Make yourself comfortable in your air-conditioned apartment. Complimentary wireless internet access is available to keep you connected. The bathroom has a bathtub or shower and a hair dryer.

Complete misrepresentation
The home was a duplex which was not a problem since the neighbors were quiet but had to drive past the home several times because the property looked lived in with several cars next door and a boat in the driveway of our rental. The inside was clean but the owners locked out the thermostat as it was set to 76deg. They did change it to 72 but left it locked. The water is a well and the owner doesn’t take care of the filters resulting in the water smelling like sewage. We could not take a shower and gagged when brushing teeth. Luckily, we were visiting friends so we used their home for that. The property is on a sewer so like a third world country, we had to throw used toilet paper into the trash can per a sign in front of the toilet. After communicating with the owner about these issues, they changed the listing.

Good location and a size for the price
We had a nice time at the house. It was a very convenient location with a cute backyard for our dogs. Enough room for 2 adults and two kids. House was clean and had all the basic amenities.

Cold shower. Hot house with no way to turn it colder. Privacy and neighborhood are 5 star. Everything else is not so much
