Nice stay in a nice City.
Easy to check in. Room was nice. large TV. one thing i could not get the BBC Red button to work just to check the news. but not major Problem, I found BBC 6 Music on the TV which was good. Breakfast was good food was warm thick bread for toast was good, two toasters and two coffee machines. good choice at breakfast. The bathroom was nice shower was good but i did flood the floor a little bit and the rails on the floor put my foot on them twice which hurt a bit. but pain went quickly so any one reading this try to step over them. The staff were great receptionist gave me a map of city centre. and pointed me in the right direction for the Musician for my gig that i have come for. Any one going to stay there it is next to the Leicester Tigers rugby Ground and Nelson Mandela park. If you need to ask some body.in street where the hotel is. it is about 10 to 15 mins walk from Railway station.

Brilliant hotel, clean, accessible and the layout of the rooms is absolutely amazing. Massive thank you to the check in assistant, she picked up on the Welsh accent straight away and remembered me from a previous visit when I remembered she was from Bridgend - made me feel so welcome so please make sure she’s recognised well, she deserves it

Easy to get to and park - we had pre reserved a parking space- and was very convenient for the for the tigers shop which we wanted to visit. Good breakfast and friendly staff

Although a stated 4-star hotel, it didn’t feel like that. There were stains on my duvet cover when I had just checked in (they are supposed to be clean and fresh- I made them change all the bedding) and the shower head had limescale and grime. The housekeeping and repair of the some fixtures needs to be better taken care of and improved. Was disappointed with the experience.
