Read so many bad reviews but we had a family of 8 it was perfect for one night there is a pub and a indian restaurant within walking distance less than a 5 min walk after a day at gulivers to get your head down cant complain.
This is a scam, thier is no pool,.restruaunt, pub or suna. The place is dirty, falling apart and rundown. The rooms are unbearably hot and the bed is extremely uncomfortable. Left after three house the place is being used as a half way home and has an unsafe feeling.
Looks nothing like the photos the pool bar everything is closed. Pool water is green. Place is used to house people. So run down and a disgrace. Honestly don’t stay there it ranks as my second worst hotel I have stayed in EVER.
Worst hotel I have ever stayed in. The whole place is run down and in a poor state. The reception don’t believe you when you raise an issue and are rude generally, I had to complain 3 times over separate issues to finally get a room change
Although linen, towels and room were clean, furniture was marked or damaged. Bath couldn’t e used as enamel peeling and no plug though shower was fine. Wouldn’t go again.

Woken up at 4.30 am to really loud music that continued till 6.00 am
The place where it is located not the area but where the hotel is located right next to a pub which was very rough looking pub, wasn’t very nice. Also the people that were outside the pub were rude around there looks like it can get really nasty if you look someone the wrong way. The hotel itself looks like the money was spent in doing up the reception area, the bloke at the reception desk seemed that he didn’t want to be there. As we walk through the corridor to go to our room, we a met with this strong smell of damp which just matched the 70s carpets. We go to our room and we find a very suspicious white stain on one of the chairs. Towels were clean.
I read so many bad reviews that I was anxious about coming here, but it was nowhere near as bad as what people were saying. Cost me £40 and I was not expecting something amazing, but the staff were lovely, entrance was nice, room really nice and spacious with lovely clean beds and bathroom which is all I need, I don’t care about scruffy bedside tables or gross carpets because what do you expect for a 3 star hotel that cost £40. Perfect for staying for one night!!
No restaurant or bar , place is totally run down and needs to be demolished. Sheets and towel were clean on arrival then they did not clean my room change sheets or towels for 3 night after complaining after the 2nd and 3rd nights they cleaned my room.
I would never stay there or recommend that to anyone
Unfortunately very outdated and tired, with only rooms available no other services, think it is more a hostel than hotel,as a single traveller for work turning up to some drinking alcohol outside closed pub didnt make for a safe feeling environment, staff where friendly enough
The room was okay, clean and bathroom was fine also. Had a fan which was handy as it was hot day. The actual hotel was very dated and in major need of a renovation. The pub next door was closed, gym not in use. The receptionist was blunt and non interactive, kinda of rude. I wouldn’t recommend to be honest. Only used as was cheapest place and close to where I needed to work. £45, next time I’ll just go travelodge for £65.
Didn’t feel safe leaving van in car park, had that feeling but thankfully all was okay.
