A little gem
Hotel was just what I/we were kooking for - small, cosy, quiet, relaxing, safe. The stay did start with a very unfortunate booking issue as the description of rooms on Hotels.com did not match reality. 2 bedrooms transpired to be one room with pull out sofa! The staff did their absolute best to avoid a disastrous start to our holiday, so after a shaky start, we managed to fully unwind and enjoy the rest of our stay.

Great stay at the Castel
We stayed at the castle for one night. It is a beautiful property. For an old building, the amenities were surprisingly well kept. The room was clean and spacious. There’s not much to do in the surrounding area, so eat at the restaurant- it has a Michelin star chef in the kitchen.

The hotel is not 4 star, and i stay in a lot of hotels. Little choice for Dinner and Breakfast. Lovely Honey Comb in breakfast room. Nice touch. After a busy day you could just eat nice Italian pasta or Pizza but both hotels on this stay served pretentious French Foody Food.
