Hotel is rather basic, but very clean and conveniently located. Windows facing the street- not the main one, but still street noise could be noticed. Staff is great, and very helpful. We booked the cheapest room- it is small, other rooms are larger and better. Free happy hour drink was a pleasant surprise.

Hotel located close to the heritage listed old town of Berne- great location for a walking discovery of the town. Friendly and helpfull staff. Complimentary machine coffe available 24 hours and a happy time each evening with a complimentary drink( good range) and nibbles.

Wonderful Bern
Convenient and a short walk from Bern train station. The Saturday we were check in, there was a Saturday market with many stalls. Free coffee and beverage counter on ground floor. From 3pm, guests were treated to a free first drink. Reception were very helpful and chatty. Room was basic and clean.

Everything was great about this hotel: location close to train station, very walkable, close to dining and local activities, very friendly and helpful staff, clean hotel. The only reason I took away one star was you can hear the people above you walking in their room, and the room smelled musty (probably due to carpet).

Location - It is about 7 mins walking from Bern Train station and the hotel sits in the old city park which is just 5 mins walking to the central part. Even though it only takes 20 mins walking to bear park! Staff - Amazing friendly and super helpful Love the free coffee & tea provided in the room and lobby area Room - It is well maintained with bathtub (rare!) Seems no air-condition provided but it is totally fine for me

Excellent location for everything. A few steps to Swiss Parliament square where host interest events. Pretty quiet even in the busy area. Front desk staffs are very friendly and provide us detailed directions to sightseeing that we wish. Highly recommend this hotel!

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast is definitely worth the price.Great choice of foods and well prepared. Excellent coffee. Only complaint was the bed. One side was saggy and uncomfortable. Other side was ok.

Close to the train station - an easy walk. The front desk staff were friendly and helpful with directions. Comfortable rooms and beds. Easy bus or train ride to Thun and Interlaken, a must see.

Very nice hotel. Only issue is they have no space for baggage storage so if you want to stay afternoon to tour city you have to leave bags in lobby unsecured. Also, we arrived prior to 3:00 pm. Our Room was ready, however, property charged us $30 cfh for early check in. Not cool!
