Great spot! Clean room…looked newly renovated. Hint…staff should check their guest laundry facilities.Our room(301) was located across from the guest laundry room. When we got off the elevator there was an odour…only in that area. I recognized it as a damp smell from a washing machine perhaps ( mine at home had same odour). A quick wash with the Tide washer cleanser is recommended!! Breakfast…wonderful!! AND it was included!! We will return to this hotel! Please feel free to reach out if needed!!

It was a very reasonable room for a family of 3 and 2 pugs, no frills but safe and clean. Breakfast had good variety and hot options. The building seemed older and worn. Customer service was great—there were multiple communications to ask how we were and how the room was. The room had the sort of industrial cleaning smell that wasn’t terrible but wasn’t great.

Extremely dirty rooms! I don’t normally write negative reviews but I feel everyone should be warned about this place. There were hairs all of the bathtub. Nail clippings, dead spiders and hair on the bathroom floor. Room smells awful. It is disgusting. We slept in our car instead. We politely told the front desk lady the room was not cleanly and we were going to check out, we did not request a refund because the room was non-refundable. The employee smirked rudely and said ‘ok just go then’.

I liked that our room was clean and nice furniture. The breakfast was good I enjoyed the choice of foods and the bacon and eggs were tasty. The only thing I would complain about is the bathroom, it was too small and hard to close the door when you are in it you have to practically back up to the toilet. The bathtub was a mess there was bonding tape or something all over the bottom of the tub you would not be able to take a bath , they should replace the tubs and put a sliding door on the bathroom .

The refrigerator in the room we were assigned was not working. We have medicine that needs to be refrigerated. We reported this to the person at the desk. She immediately changed our room and upgraded us to a bigger room. She went out of her way to assist us.

The property was easy access to the interstate and there was some good eating establishments close by. The only thing that would help make it nicer is that they should have access to the swimming pool from inside hotel and it should have been heated.

Entire hotel had a strong smell to it, almost like moldy carpet. The room itself smelled a bit as well and the tub was all banged up. The water came out yellow upon first turning the shower on, although it was fine after running it for 10 seconds or so. Carpet in room was dirty and sticky. Beds and furniture were in good condition. Breakfast was good enough, the high point was the staff, they were all excellent and extremely friendly.
