The staff made this hotel, the reception staff were always lovely. Great room, kettle, mini bar, etc and the pool/sauna was an added bonus. No parking but everything is so compact that it’s nearby to walk. Comfy duvets!

This hotel was a great value for the money (at least in terms of Swiss prices :). The staff spoke enough English and allowed us to store our bags there till checkin. All the facilities were clean and the room was quite modern. They also have a free sauna and pool which were very relaxing. The Leukerbad bus drops you off just a 5min walk from the hotel. Because of the walkability of the town, everything is nearby. The room didn't have an iron, fridge, fan/A/C, or microwave - all of which would have been nice. I also never found out where the laundry room was. Besides that it was great - would recommend.

The personnel was friendly and flexible with having an oversize dog against their rules (checked in advance if possible). The room was clean and silent, and the breakfast was good. The bed was too small for two friends (for couples it could be kind of ok). There is no parking place by the hotel, we had to park at a local parkhouse for daily fees cca. 5 minutes away from the hotel.

Meine Ehefrau und ich sind gestern (30.08.2024) Nacht um 23:30 Uhr aus Deutschland zu diesem Hotel angereist. Da die Rezeption nur bis 22:00 Uhr besetzt ist, haben wir auf dem Weg zum Hotel angerufen und angekündigt, dass wir erst nach 23:00 Uhr ankommen werden. Daraufhin hat uns das Hotel per WhatsApp Informationen zum Zimmer, Schlüsselort, Wegbeschreibung zum Zimmer usw. zugesendet. Auf dem Weg zum Hotel mussten wir feststellen, dass das Erreichen dieses Ortes nur über einen Autozug möglich ist. Dafür mussten wir Hin- und Rückfahrt jeweils 30 Franken, also insgesamt 60 Franken bezahlen. Nachdem wir gegen 23:30 Uhr im Hotel ankamen, nahmen wir die Schlüssel und gingen zum Zimmer. Als wir die Zimmertür öffneten, mussten wir feststellen, dass das Zimmer von einem männlichen Paar besetzt war. Logischerweise war das paar ebenfalls sehr erschrocken, als wir die Zimmertür öffneten. Offensichtlich wurden die falschen Chips vergeben. Daraufhin ruften wir erfolglos bei den angegebenen Nottfallnummern an. Das Ende vom Lied war, dass ich die Nacht mit meiner frischverheirateten Ehefrau in unserem Auto verbringen mussten. Über nacht wurde es so kalt, sodass wir beide erkältet sind. Als wir die Situation am nächsten Morgen der Rezeption geschildert haben, wollte man uns als Entschuldigung eine Wein Flasche schenken. Es wurde keinerlei Mitgefühl gezeigt! Ich bitte das Hotel dringend darum, sich mit mir in Verbindung zu setzen und unser Geld zurückzuerstatten!!! Burak Yardimci
