The room was very outdated. I booked this place because the pool looked great from the photos. After seeing black mold in the tub in my room I didn't even want to go into their pool if they can't even clean the tubs properly. Also, due to construction I had to park in a mall parking lot which was really far from the hotel and is pretty much a maze trying to get through the mall and the construction back to the hotel. I'm definitely not staying there again.

I didn't like that the tv had no guide in order to look for something to watch. We were told by a staff member that it would be repaired on Saturday Nov. 9th. It was still out of service at checkout. What i like was the Tempo restaurant on site good food reasonably priced.

Overall the stay was good. Used the swimming pool for about an hour. Water in the pool was a little cold. Rooms were smaller than expected. We were allotted a room adjacent to the elevator. So we could hear noise until around midnight.

The walls were dirty with stains( chocolate or poop), shower has hair in it, the floors were absolutely disgusting and even though I prepaid for the room in full, the needed another credit card and took 150$ off it immediately and when I checked out they said it would be returned in 3-5 business days. Dingiest room I ever stayed in. NEVER AGAIN!

Upon arrival there was no help with parking or any available for guests. The sauna was broken and did not work. The pool heater was broken and the water may as well of been a cold plunge. No included breakfast as stated. No compassion or resolutions when issues discussed with stay. Would never stay again!
