Description: Nestled in the quaint seaside community of Lewisporte, the Springhouse Oasis with Hot Tub is the ideal location for your family vacation, friends getaway, gals/guys trip, couples retreat, family reunions, sports weekends, or special events. You’ll have multiple sociable and entertaining spaces including an open concept kitchen/living area on the main level, and large rec room loft upstairs.
Your Property: Accommodations are well appointed, with the master bedroom (2nd floor) boasting a king-sized bed, cozy water facing outdoor alcove - perfect for sipping your morning coffee or tea while enjoying the sunrise, and spacious 3-piece ensuite with luxurious 2-person jacuzzi and shower. The second bedroom (2nd floor) features a comfortable queen-sized bed and ensuite with beautiful evening sunset views. Both upstairs bedrooms open onto the upstairs loft, with its spacious sectional, and a futon to help accommodate larger groups or teams.
The main level has a well-equipped open concept kitchen/living room that overlooks the Lewisporte harbour, perfect for watching boats coming in and out of Atlantic Canada’s largest municipal marina. Bedroom 3 (main level) is great for any kids travelling in the group, or close friends - with a twin over double bunk-bed, and space to play board games. And Bedroom 4 (main level) doubles as a second master bedroom (perfect for older adults, or those with mobility issues), complete with a king-sized bed and access to the driveway via an exterior door.
As fabulous as the interior is, the true highlight of the property is the backyard or ‘Oasis’! This partially fenced yard features a walk-out multi-level deck that helps segregate yet integrate spaces for dining al fresco, outdoor food preparation, and BBQ, kicking back to enjoy the seaside view and pool (in-season), fire pit, steps down to the rocky beach, and a large 6-person hot tub.
Conveniently located in the heart of Lewisporte, and across the street from The Independent grocery store for picking up your essentials or any last-minute items.
Pets are welcome for an additional charge. Pets are only permitted on the main floor. We keep the upstairs pet-free to accommodate future guests who may have allergies.
Parking for up to 5 vehicles is available on site.
Additional Information: The above ground pool is available June 1st through to Labour Day. Extra towels for the hot tub and pool are supplied. The laundry machines are located on the second floor. A limited amount of detergent is supplied. Please do not wash heavily soiled work clothes to keep the machines fresh for your linens and towels. If your group is 4 people or less, the main floor bedrooms and 3-piece bath will not be made available unless specifically requested. If your group is 5 or 6 people, the bedroom with the bunk beds will not be made available unless specifically requested. For large groups, there is an option to have a connecting door between the 2 bedrooms on the main floor. This is locked by default. Please let us know if you’d like this unlocked. Once unlocked it will stay unlocked for the duration of your stay. This option is suitable for parents in one room and children in the adjoining room.
If something goes wrong, your hosts are located just down the road and will be able to quickly respond to any issues or requests. Otherwise you'll be left to enjoy your oasis with your group.

A little further into town is an Esso gas station (226 Main St.) that is also the main vendor of alcoholic beverages and tobacco in town. A Shopper's Drug Mart (180 Main St.) is a little ways past that.
Baby gear is available upon request for an additional charge of $50/stay. Available gear: - Booster high chair - Pack N Play - Baby bath tub - Toddler and preschooler toys - Baby & children's dishes
