Stayed on lower level. Wide gaps in the outside door leading to room. Spiders were able to enter room. Had to stuff gaps with papers. The inside-outside pool was very nice and clean. The front staff were very polite and helpful. I would not stay here again because of the room.

When I checked in the people at the desk told me I paid too much and they would give me a discount on my next visit--well I live in California and hardly ever get to Frankfort--not happening.
