Stayed one night.. Overall stay was ok, but had to only give 3 stars, because in room 308 the refrigerator did not work at all. We could not chill our water we had brought with us, and our leftovers from dinner had to sit out on the desk overnight. Walls seemed a bit thin, could hear conversations from the room over. Easy access to the Rupp, which was very convenient and the main reason I booked this room.

I loved the convenience of going to the event and not having to drive after. Location is great, however the rooms were not real clean. For this to be a Hyatt it needs some heavy cleaning. There was no blanket on the beds just a couple sheets.The refrigerator in the room wasn't cold at all. Staff was very nice and the restaurant was great in the lounge.
