HAD BEDBUGS!!! I reported it to gront desk and they eould not refund my money until they said sent someone in to confirm. I contacted expedia as well and was told the same thing! I still have not heard anything back or received my money!

We wish there would be a lower review choice than “Terrible”. Stains on sheets, bed spreads and walls. Holes in walls. Three functional tv channels. Soap and shampoo dispensers providing drops at a time. Overall- worst hotel ever.

This property was sketchy, room smelled like pure cigarettes, air conditioner didn’t work so had to go nearest dollar general to purchase a fan. I asked for a Well lit area, i did not get that, random guy Knocked on our door at 230am asking if we wanted to hangout with them. Fridge on coldest setting, was room temp. Got shocked plugging in iron, Would not recommend this place especially if you are a female

NIGHTMARE OVERNIGHT SPENT IN THIS HOTEL!!!

I was our first time staying in a Red Roof hotel and we deeply regret every sihgne meeting we spent in it during our night stay. I was with my wife, as well as my brother with his wife. The first room they assigned to us was full of humidity and smeilng nasty. we couldnt even spend 2 minutes in it and we even found cockroaches inside the room!!. We went back to the receptionist to request to change a other room for us. The guy was kind to do so, but unfortunatly the condition of ythe second room was not different from the first... it was already past midnight and we seemed not to have an alternative at that time as we needed to sleep. we just drove a long distance. Then we understood that we made a very bad mistake accepting to stay in that hotel, we were unabke to close eyes because of the smell. I was feeling as if my lungs are going to burst out, that I will go out very sick in the morning. we spent a nigh make that night and the night became very very long. Wen we met with my brother in the morning, he was also complaining for the smell and that his wife couldn't sleep at al the whole nigh and was so scared because of cockroaches scrowling on the walls!!! WHILE TO DO HOTEL BUSINESS AND GET MONEY FROM THE PEOPLE AND THEN BE UNABLE TO OFFER THEM THE MINIMUM THEY DISERVE??? JUST BE ABLE TO SPEND A BEAUTIFUL NIGHT FOR THE MONEY THEY PAID FOR??? I will never recomand someone to use that hotel ever!!!!
