This part of a semi-detached house with private pool is located just 150 meters from the golden beach of Lignano. The property is located in the quiet pine forest with a 200 m² garden where you can relax. Your vacation accommodation is spread over three levels. On the first floor there is a garage, a nice spacious tavern and the bathroom. On the mezzanine floor is the living area with a nice spacious living room with fireplace, equipped kitchen and direct access to the garden with pool. The outdoor area is equipped with deck chairs and garden furniture to provide maximum comfort to guests. On the second floor is the sleeping area with four double bedrooms with balcony and two bathrooms with shower. One of the four rooms is ideal for children as it offers games, a crib and a high chair.

Please note that: Bed linen and towels are included in the room rate in 2025. Consumption costs are not included in the room rate and will be charged according to guest use within three weeks after check-out. Outdoor private pool on site is open May - end September.

Horrible Accomodation - Broken, Mouldy and Dirty
The house is NOT as advertised and there only to steal your money. The walls and ceilings have mold growing. The floors and rooms are super dirty, with stained carpets. Furniture is broken or missing. Many of the rooms look like the paintings have been stolen, light fixtures are hanging from wires and many light bulbs don’t exsist. The kitchen has very few glasses, not coffee pot for the coffee machine etc. what is worse is the poor treatment from Novasol(the rental company) whe mn we complained about the accommodation. They did not help and were down-right rude on the phone. Screaming kids, hot grandparents, a total nightmare. Stay home instead of renting this place!

Heruntergekommenes Ferienhaus – Vermietung an Feriengäste ist inakzeptabel und eine Frechheit!
Dieses „Ferienhaus“ war eine Ansammlung von teils gröbsten Mängeln. Nachfolgend eine kleine Auswahl: • Verdreckter Pool • Mit Tierkadavern verdreckte Wassereinlässe am Pool • Defekter Gasherd (nur eine kleine Flamme funktionierte) • Bauteile vom Kühlschrank fehlten • Verdreckte, fleckige Teppichböden • Mit Flecken verdreckte Polster • Kaputte Stühle • Verschimmelter, modrig riechender Waschkeller • Fehlende oder ungenügende Ausstattung (Gläser, Flaschenöffner, Sieb, etc. etc) • Internet funktionierte die ersten Tage gar nicht • Verdreckter Grill mit Resten der Vormieter • Verwahrlostes Grundstück mit Müllresten • Keine Pool- und Außenbeleuchtung im Garten bzw. nicht zugänglich • Kot in und um das Haus herum, vermutlich von Zikaden oder ähnlichen Insekten Hierauf gab es eine nichtssagende Email mit Standardtexten. Auf die angezeigten Mängel wurde nicht eingegangen. Es scheint dem Unternehmen völlig egal zu sein, was mit den Urlaubern/Kunden passiert, wenn sie erst einmal bezahlt haben und am Urlaubsort sind. Unser „Agent“ hat sich am dritten Urlaubstag gemeldet und unser Ferienhaus tatsächlich auch aufgesucht. Allerdings war das Hauptanliegen 300 EURO für die Abschlussreinigung zu kassieren. Nebenbei hat er ein wenig, allerdings erfolglos, am Gasherd rumgefummelt, überraschenderweise das Internet zum Laufen gebracht, einige Blätter aus dem Pool gefischt. Das war es! Wir werden unser Geld gerichtlich zurückfordern und weitere Schritte prüfen!
