This welcoming space features 1 living room with a double bed, 1 bedroom with a double bed and a single bed, bathroom with shower and hairdryer, a well-fitted open kitchen. This apartment also features a terrace, parking and air conditioning.
The property is located approx. 350 m from the beach, 250 m from the city center, in a quiet area but close to everything you need.

*Check-in: from 15:30 to 19:00
*late check-in until 23:00 only on request. After 23:00, check-in is not allowed.
*Check-out: until 09:30

°Services excluded - Mandatory:
-Security deposit: 100eur to be paid in cash upon arrival at the agency. Please note that during the Pentecost period (from 06/06 to 09/06), the deposit will be 200eur per person. It will be returned at check-out following the apartment inspection.
-City tax: 0,70eur per person, per night, for a maximum of 10 nights, only for above 12 years old guests at the check-in date. It is required to be paid upon arrival in cash.

-Bed linen: 5eur person/stay > You can choose to bring your own ones or to rent them at the agency
