This hotel is great. Sent detailed instructions before arrival about how to get free shuttle to hotel. It’s Latin America, so you have to be flexible as things work differently here, but I stayed at this hotel on my way to Cusco and on my way back to the U.S. and the service was consistently excellent. You show up at the airport counter, they say “wait over there next to that pole, the shuttle will arrive in 10 minutes” and sure enough, both times, someone showed up to greet me in about 10 to 15 minutes to walk me to the shuttle. Check in was a breeze. If your room is on the street side, you hear more noise from the traffic and airport but it isn’t too bad, and I’m a super light sleeper. Rooms are clean, water pressure is good in shower. They give you two things of bottled water in your room. Tiny little fridge and coffee maker in room. Tv channels are mostly in Spanish. There’s a security guard outside the front door of the hotel, so things are safe. Food is good at the hotel restaurant, I had salmon both nights for dinner, it was good. There are 110 volt plugs to charge your phone and electronics in the room, so no need to use adapters. Great place!

Stay was fine and the proximity to the airport was great. They charged me for breakfast even though it was included so that was the big downfall. Other than that it was as expected

The traffic in Lima was horrendous so we are so glad we got a hotel at the airport so we don’t worry about arriving late for our flight tomorrow. Large, clean room and a good choice of food in the restaurant.

The staff at this property was 5 stars. The shuttle from the airport and back very convenient and fast. The rooms are new and the bed is super comfy and the pillows. Very comfortable rooms. The breakfast staff especially Jose was 5 stars, really excellent customer service. The best airport hotel in Lima.

The property is great because of its location, its great staff, its cleanliness and amenities and we would stay here anytime but outside the property is a disaster. Do not walk here from the airport! Use the shuttle!
