Ive stayed in A LOT of HYATT's in the US. They NEED to fo a makeover akin to this location. We only needed an overnight stay due to our layover enroute to Cusco but after a LONG DAY of touring in Palenque and then traveling to Lima. This was exactky what we needed. It was NOT as clise to the airport as we would have liked as we totally bypassed staying at the Wyndham DIRECTLY across from airport but it was so WORTH IT in the presentation of the hotel and the room service. If in Lima for an extended stay this Hyatt is an EXCELLENT choice!

The property was exceptional, and I thoroughly enjoyed my room. The hotel graciously upgraded me to a suite, a thoughtful gesture considering the exhaustion I had endured during my backpacking trip. The rooms were immaculately clean, and the hotel’s amenities were impressive. Its prime location was also highly advantageous. The staff from the front desk to the restaurant were exceptionally accommodating and courteous. I will certainly return to this hotel in the future.

The sofa is broken and I fell off from the sofa. The hotel only say sorry and change a new sofa for me. They offer room upgrades after I file my complaint next day and I am going to check out…. Worse experience. The traffic is bad around that area as well
