I had a wonderful five-night stay at Woodfield Hotel. My room was comfortable and I slept very well. I found the on-site restaurant had great food which was very convenient. This hotel is across the river from Limerick city centre which can easily be accessed by walking or a short drive. I found places to shop within walking distance and there is a lovely nearby area for a walk. Parking is ample and free, a great benefit. Since this is not a chain hotel, the service is personal and staff are empowered to do things to make one’s stay a great experience. But, the best thing about my stay was the employees. All I met were helpful and cheerful. A special thank you is due LeeAnn at the front desk. She helped me get settled, helped me find some things I needed in the local area and was a bright spot every day during my stay. I highly recommend this hotel if you are looking for a comfortable, home-like experience. I hope to visit again some day.

Great little hotel with a few problem. Shower needed some maintenance and was leaking. We fixed it temporarily but it’s clear that no one checks this. Facility is a little dated, the carpet in the room needs to changed as it’s discoloured. Bar and restaurant at the hotel are great.

Excellent stay
This hotel is excellent in every way, the room was large, the bed was king size, the bathroom was roomy with hot water etc. We didn't sample any food. Thd parking was plentiful and the bus stop for a short ride to Limerick was outside the hotel.

The hotel is an easy walk into downtown Limerick. It is in a very safe area and right on public transit. Our room was comfortable although a bit small. The restaurant that is attached had some great food.

The room was lovely, spotless, cosy, stylish. It was warm at first so the fan provided was greatly appreciated. It’s easy to get a bus into Limerick and back. The breakfast was excellent! The staff are wonderful, I felt that nothing was too much to ask. They are hard working, professional and friendly.

Great clean comfortable Hotel conveniently located to stadiums and tourist sites in LImerick- easy trip to Shannon airport Staff super helpful and friendly- Great Bar/Restuarant on the premises with excellent staff- especially host Brian. Made us feel right at home. Highly recommend this Hotel
