Offensive odour

We were travelling with our dog and so needed a hotel that was pet friendly. The room we were given had an incredibly offensive scent (very strong room deodorizer attempting, unsuccessfully, to mask dog urine). I will add that when addressed with staff they very quickly moved us to another room. Nothing bad to stay about the desk clerks, they were both great. I would suggest not putting carpeting in rooms designated for people travelling with pets.

Loud Night Manager

The hotel overall was fine, my problem was with the over-night manager. He started talking to someone in the breakfast room at 4:00 am and didn't stop until I said something to him at 5:30am. His voice could be heard all over the first floor. He probably woke everyone up.
