Upscale, romantic king master, 2nd king bedroom, 3rd queen bedroom also with unobstructed ocean views & queen hide-a-bed. Open concept floor plan with plenty of space for your family or group to enjoy meals together, as well as rest & relaxation. Dining table seats 8, big flat screen, gas fireplace and kitchen opening to a big deck with picnic table and hot tub overlooking sand and surf. Separate gathering area upstairs for reading or games! Bedrooms are large with beautiful new furnishings. Perfect home for a romantic get away with adults, or a great family trip. Beach access is a 15 min walk or 3 minute drive. Great beach for hunting the tide pools, kite flying or jumping the waves. Max 8 guests . We work hard to make sure every surface has been sanitized and provide contactless check in.

Beautiful home with ocean views. Very well stocked kitchen,master bedroom is breathtaking! There was a few things they could fix. The garage door doesn’t work,the touch pad is broken. The light for the deck/hot tub was not working. Other than that,I would rent,again.

80th Birthday Celebration
The key code that was sent to us didn't work. We called the number that was provided and got a new code. There unfortunately was no BBQ to cook our steaks. I swear I read there would be one. I called A-1 telling them our predicament- no bbq nor roasting pan and they kindly brought us a pan. Beautiful and comfortable home!bbq and no roasting

60th birthday for my daughter was not so celebrated
Melu and dirt in all tracks of windows carpet was dirty, lost electricity One night wasn’t fixed till the next day sewage came up from the shower. We had to stop it from running all over the floor wasted one day waiting for plumber to come had to go down the street to use the restroom. Smoke alarm battery went dead with no other batteries to replace it. for what was charged for that house there should be some kind of warning of the difficulties, cause we later found out that the sewage problem has happened before

We came in from Denver to see our Oregonian family. The views were spectacular and there was plenty of room for all of us. The house was sparkling clean and well decorated. The kitchen was fully stocked for cooking. We will definitely come again next year!

Beautiful home with an amazing view
The property was very peaceful and relaxing. The hot tub overlooking the sunset with the ocean was perfect. Property had quick access to the beach down the road. It’s a nice walk to get there or you could drive and park. Plenty of windows upstairs to view the ocean and we were able to catch sight of a whale while we were there. Overall, we enjoyed our stay very much and we would recommend this rental to anyone looking for a peaceful trip with an amazing view and quick access to the beach.

Spectacular views from a beautiful well-maintained home. Large living spaces, a dream kitchen and a perfect location for a beach get away. My son's family had space to spread out upstairs with the two bedrooms, two bathrooms and small living space. We had privacy and a little quiet time using the downstairs bedroom and bathroom. It was a great place to gather, share meals, spend time together and then have some alone time as well. You can walk to the beach if you are willing to hike back up the hill or you can scout for a parking space in the park at the bottom of the hill. We did both!

Incredible view and home on the coast
We loved our stay here! House was very clean and well supplied with all we needed during our stay which was really nice. The view of the ocean was is spectacular throughout the house and we loved the back deck to sit outside and enjoy it. Entire house was very clean and rooms were spacious and comfortable. It was a perfect house for our family trip and we will definitely be staying here again!!!

Wonderful home for ladies weeklong getaway
We were a group of 5 nsg school chums who have known each other for 57 years! This home was so convenient. Very clean. Kitchen had everthing we needed for our breakfasts. We used it as a home base for our day trips. Great seating options. We spent lots of time looking at the wonderful views. Beach was close by, too. We would definitely come again if our travels bring us this direction. Great responses by property managers, too.

High level attention to detail!!
This was the best VRBO we've experienced anywhere!! The attention to detail for every guest need was evident in every room--comfortable beds and pillows, extra bedding, convenient flat surfaces for luggage, etc. It has an amazing and fully equipped kitchen with lots of extra dishes, cooking utensils, nice pots and pans, plenty of cookware, clearly every possible kitchen need was considered (and, everything was in brand new condition!). After having just stayed in another VRBO that did not live up to the photos or reviews at all, walking in to this place was heaven! The photos matched the experience and the view is incredible! We saw whale blow spouts within the first 2 hours after we arrived! It's clear this place is intended for a great guest experience and it fully delivered! Thanks to the owners and property managers for providing a high-quality experience! We'll be back!!

Great house with beautiful views
The house is large, clean and has a wonderful kitchen! The views of the ocean are stunning and unobstructed. You cannot walk directly to the beach from the house- it is a good 80 ft above the beach on a steep embankment. Beach access is down the street a few blocks- about a 10 minute walk. It was wonderful, but it wasn’t clear to me the beach front listing is different than beach front access. We would stay here again! Perfect for 5 adults (2 couples and 1 single) sharing a house!
