First off, we had dirty towels on our arrival. My son and I left early one morning to go fishing, and the deadbolt on the door wouldn’t open. Called the front desk and they told us they couldn’t help at that time. That is really a fire code issue. We finally got it to open and never locked it again. Then our toilet was plugged, and all that happened was they brought us a plunger. Thankfully I am a plumber. We have stayed in the past, but hesitant about staying again.

Have stayed here before with no incident this time I had issues. Was given a room that housekeeping did not finish, get a second room and it had a bad smell, went to use hot tub & key card didn't work apparently because of the time change which was over a month ago, the toilet was running water all night but the gal at breakfast always amazing! Sweet, attentive and always service with a smile

Loved it. Only real complaint was freezer did not freeze. The breakfast was nice. I love waffles. Surprised by the wonderful woman that cooked hash browns, scrambled eggs and sausage to go with the waffles. That was a nice bonus.
