Reserved a room, paid in full, showed up and no room was available and was turned away. While looking for other options and getting an uber to another hotel was scolded for filling a cup of nasty coffee. “Coffee is for guests”.
my room door locks didn't work. the inside wouldn't unlock, even with the manager's key. and I found that the outside door would not lock. the staff is really nice and helpful and got me moved to a different room.
The place is a Sh—Hole Flea Bag Hotel!
Premises were in no way appealing! I did not stay there! Rather afraid to stay there. I suggested to Wyndham they need to get an inspector out there. YUCK!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
