It was nice and clean. I don't recall seeing it in the listing, but they do offer a laundry services which is pretty cheap. The staff is very nice and do a good job.

Hotel staff was very accommodating and attentive to our needs. Location is just beside SM mall so it's easy to locate. Not much to say since we only rented the room to spend the night.

Great location Our mission team of four loved the location of this hotel. It's right smack next to a mall, which we frequented often. One thing we really needed was a toilet paper holder located up on the far wall from the shower up by the window. That would've been very helpful. Another need is a small trashcan in the main sleeping room.

Room had a musty-mildew smell...maybe caused by sheets probaby not completely dried before putting sheets on bed. Otherwise, for the price, no other complaints.

Very accessible
The personnel are very accommodating. With our arrival earlier than expected, they allowed us to check in 30 mins before their prescribed time. Not much of available food to choose from but since its near SM, not much of a burden. The rooms are good with concrete ceilings and walls.
