Unique property with cute decor. We were upgraded at check in to a larger room! The location is perfect, close to lots of shopping and restaurants. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Highly recommend!

Very nice property in the heart of the city, walking distance to many places to eat and shop. Safe and quiet though in the busy area. Very friendly staff, clean and comfortable bedding and rooms. Only thing I would advise is NOT to book their airport shuttle It’s very pricy. It’s Cheap and fast to take uber to the place form airport or train station.

Stayed one night in Lisbon at Brown’s Boutique. Such a charming hotel - great staff, location, and awesome room on the 4th floor with a balcony overlooking the bustling streets. Also loved the art and added touches like a Brown’s Spotify playlist that we listened to on the rest of our road trip through Portugal. Definitely recommend.

Don’t recommend

I don’t recommend staying here. Both mornings I was woken up very early (6am-ish) by fast walking up and down the halls or above, slamming doors, and people talking or banging around by the cleaning ladies. The walls are super thin and I had ear plugs and a noise machine app on my phone. I wish I hadn’t stayed here. No reviews mentioned this which is why I am. The room has the sink in the bedroom and a very small toilet with a door and a small standing shower with a door that either was cold or scalding hot. The concierge was not very helpful and didn’t even offer to help with my bags when I arrived at 2am due to a late flight. Nothing about this hotel was good except for its location and there’s many others nearby. I stayed in five places throughout my two weeks in Europe and this one was my far the worst.

The location is great and on a flatter part of the city. The staff was excellent. We had flight changes that made time limited and the staff was excellent especially Jusan who got our breakfast orders quickly to help manage our departure. Highly recommend.
