I had a very good stay at Dom Sancho. We arrived a little early hoping to store our luggage and walk around before check in time. The attendant said we could check in early if we waited a few minutes for the cleaner to finish up in the room. The room was very nice and clean. It is a nice hotel overall in a great location. If I had to criticize anything it would be the mattress was on the firm side. I was hoping for something a little more luxurious, but I would say the bed was average in comparison with other places I stayed in Portugal. This hotel is a good value.

This is a wonderful place to stay and it is close to everything. Victor is at the front desk to make your stay absolutely perfect and Bruno really is helpful. The breakfast is always great and the rooms are taken care of every day. I not only recommend this hotel but insist you make it a stay when you are in Lisbon. My wife and I will definitely be back. Victor is a gentleman and he makes your stay memorable. Thanks Dom Sanchos your the best.

Cheap & cheerful for central Lisbon. Lots of cafes & restaurants off main street. Good location. Staff excellent, very friendly & helpful. Room & bathroom tiny & rather dark.

Decent hotel
Dom Sancho 1 was the only significant experience in my trip . The staff was supportive, polite they offer me a complementary breakfast sort of decent hospitality. If I have to go to Portugal again it will be my first selection hotel

A no frills hotel in a prime location in Lisbon. The Metro is just a short walk away. In my opinion a very good choice if you just want to explore Lisbon for a few days

Older hotel, needs updates. Bathroom is not for mobility challenged. Was put in a large room , but main beds uncomfortable. Hotel rooms on one side, residence on other side plus labs on street floor. No handle bars in bathroom so good luck not falling.

Very convenient location, hotel staff are very helpful. It’s a simple place, not luxurious but you get everything you need. My only issue with it was the fact that my room was right beside the breakfast hall so it gets noisy in the morning.
