Nice breakfast and morning staff were good. Very small room! In room furniture just not practical! All form over function! And some very odd steps in hotel as it’s obviously an old building converted. Trip hazards all over, elderly guests be careful. Same for all of Lisbon really! But a great city.

Property is very conveniently located within walking distance to transportation, tour starting points and restaurants. Rooms are relatively small. The hotel suffers from housekeeping inconssitency as there was more than 1 instance when dirty glasses were not replaced and fresh towels forgotten. We had an incident where someone not from hotel staff tried to enter the room that was noted by concerned front desk and totally ignored for follow-up by the hotel manager. Left us with a totally unsettled feeling during the rest of our stay.

We enjoyed the location, it was very central. Dining options and shops. The shower was very hot but low pressure. They could really use a weighted shower curtain. I was tangled in the one provided every shower. All else was great

What we dislike was the location. Couldn’t ask for a better location. What we didn’t like was the room situation. Dirty toilet, horrible view, old carpet on the floor that felt dirty.
