Wet clean and professional. Breakfast not included, fine by me. Comfortable room. Bathe was a bit small the Sink outside the bathroom, I was alone so fine for me. If I had my girlfriend come with not so much. Overall really great, staff super nice, accommodating and spoke English very well. I will stay there again.

Great Hotel in Lisbon
Wonderful staff here at the Ikonik! They are very well trained and help you with whatever you ask. I love the breakfast. It is also in the best location - not far from the train station and good value. We always stay here when we're in Lisbon.

Extremely great check-in experience and friendly staff. Our room was standard but terrible for sleeping. The climate control was faulty and even though the AC was maxed out in early November, we were sweating in the humid room. We toughed it out as we had an early flight and didn't want to deal with changing rooms at 11:00 PM when waking up at 3:30 AM. Hotel is nice enough but make sure the thermostat is working once you get in the room!

The hotel was clean and convenient to the airport which were my biggest requirements. The staff was okay, but did not communicate as effectively as they could. It was a turn-off that, unless you paid the buffet price, there was no coffee available, except for a vending machine in the lobby.
