Good location. Mediocre room, nothing great but could be better for the price point. Multiple staff members were standoffish, unlike all other places I have stayed in Lisbon.

Location top Notch
Accident smallish hotel in a prime location minutes away on foot from all the local sites. The room was very clean and tidy but quite small the bathroom was tiny and the shower cubicle was microscopic. I’m a large 6 foot male and I could hardly get into the shower cubicle. But I only spend a couple of minutes in the shower so it wasn’t a problem. Overall would recommend.

Room is very small and age. If you just need a place to stay after a day exploring the city, this may work for you. But if you look for an average hotel room, there are several hotels in this very popular area to choose from. Guests need to carry their suitcases up the stairs. Keep that in mind when you pack for your trip. :-) Rossio Square is a lively area, day and night. The hotel is in walking distance to many popular tourist attractions. Next door there is a small store opens as early as 8:00 AM. Half of the property is a grocery store where you can get food and fresh orange juice; the other half is a breakfast/bakery kind of store. It's good to grab coffee and a quick breakfast before heading out for the day.

The location was perfect! Denys at reception was a pleasure. The bathroom had quite a bit of mould in the shower and there was a leak behind the toilet. The included breakfast was not good. We tried it once and that was it. However the coffee from the machine was great.

This is the second time we have stayed in this hotel in the past year, fantastic location. Hotel itself is modest with no frills, but is in the heart of everything.

I booked the standard single room which looked really good in the photos, with a clean bathroom and a balcony, when I got there I got a strangely divided room with 3 single beds, no balconies and a ceiling so low I kept banging my head on it. I was tired and jetlagged and it was only for one night so I didn't make a fuss but it was dissapointing. Price and location was good.

Check in when well !! Elevator quite small! Breakfast was good ! Room was clean , beds comfortable but our room had double bed and 2 twin bed but the second twin bed was in room by it self that look like a closet space !! A/C and lights work only if card was inserted in a slot at the door !! Room got hot if you didnt have that in the slotas we only had one card between the 4 of us!! Overall good stay and hightlights of lisbon is at walking distance with plenty of places to eat!! Loved the location!!

Convenient location for the price. Clean. Friendly staff.I would stay there next time I go to Lisbon. The only thing I would prefer is a kettle in the room. Only had a fridge. They did have a tea room on the second floor with a coffee machine that uses pods.you could get breakfast there if you want, we didn't try the breakfast.There is a grocery store right beside the hotel
