I believe the hotel was very fairly priced. The property was clean and safe. I thought the front desk staff was fine, but I did not feel like a valued guest. Breakfast was very good for this level of hotel.

My family came to Lisbon for a concert at the MEO Arena. Hotel Roma is conveniently located near the metro station so that we could come back to the hotel after the concert by subway. The rooms were spacious and clean. Everything was in working order. The best thing about Hotel Roma is the great breakfast. Abundant fruit, pastries, and warm items. Great value all the way around.

What made this property stand out: the hotel understand the needs of the individuals going there. They had a clothes line for drying wet clothes: when traveling to beach destinations this is definitely a perk , and they also had a bottle opener for your beer needs. Overall it was an excellent stay for an affordable price. Close to the metro and 30min to most sights

Perfect for our family
Perfect for our purpose, close to the old city, right by the subway entrance, room was nice and big, had enough space for the 4 beds, staff was very helpful, we had to park our car in the garage, somebody would be there to help right away, breakfast was very good, everything fresh and enough choice. We also had evening entertainment from the soccer field across the alley from our room, these players were really good… Also, the staff recommended us very good restaurants in the neighbourhood. We enjoyed our stay and would gladly recommend this hotel.

The room was a fine size, clean, includes hair dryer & shampoo. We stayed at this hotel twice, when we first came to Lisbon and when we returned before flying back home. The rooms were fine, the price was good and they keep them clean. There is a mercado across the street in order to get fresh fruit & drinks (there is a small frig in the room). There is a metro station about 2 blocks from the hotel, so easy to get around. Would definitely stay here again, if I returned to Lisbon.
