Lisboa airport hotel

We picked this hotel because it was near the airport for our flight back home. The hotel is modern, with a restaurant located inside - this is excellent because there are many restaurants around the hotel. The rooms are well-appointed, modern and quiet. The bathroom is also well-appointed and the rain shower is a nice treat! The restaurant has good food for breakfast and dinner so give it a try if you're there in the evening.

Beautiful new hotel, restaurant is tasty with great staff. Airport shuttle was great. Not many transit options nearby but quite close to the airport. Had a great stay and would recommend it.

This hotel was just opened in June 2024 and it has a shuttle to the airport. I stayed there only one night but it is very clean and comfortable. The restaurant was very good. For about 10 euros you can catch a cab to Orienté and take metro into town. Staff was very nice and helpful.

Great location close to airport. The rooms are very small. The price was quite high. Staff is excellent. Shuttle service is good. The rooms, though tiny, are fine for that overnight stay before an early morning flight.

We used Expedia to find us a reasonable airport hotel as we were flying out of Lisbon early in the morning. The pricing on this hotel was exceptionally high and the service/value quite low. When we checked in, we were well served, but when we returned after dinner downtown and asked for an airport shuttle, we were told they only left on the half hour (we wanted 545am) and there may not be room on the 530 - NO empathy! And no offer to add a shuttle. we ended up being so lucky as to get a seat on the 530 - phew. okay, then the A/C in the room only went to 22C - we wanted it cooler - we went to the front desk to ask if we were missing how to make it work for us, and they said the rooms were centrally controlled. the fan also made excess noise - as if it was broken. the room was exceptionally small, but that did not bother us. it was the rude attitude of the desk attendant in the evening that was the real issue. I asked for a lower price on checkout given our poor experience. no luck. another traveler overheard me and added his complaint about the food. he told me the price he paid was $100 less than my price. and he used Expedia as well.

Overall, a good stay for a quick overnight before we caught our flight out of Lisbon. The 10 minute ride to the airport is very convenient. They have an airport shuttle available but we had a rental car. Free Parking is limited out front but for a small fee, they have garage parking available. Rooms were neat and comfortable, all we needed for a quick stay. You can hear the other guest doors slamming at night, so beware if you’re a light sleeper. My main issue with this place was the restaurant. There werent many diners for dinner service yet we waited a long time for our drinks and food. The menu is limited. The next morning, we went to breakfast at 6:45 and it was not ready. They were struggling that morning as we could see dirty dishes still left on the table from the night before. We alerted hotel staff and they were able to refund our money for breakfast. If they could improve the restaurant experience this would up their score. Affordable, proximity to airport, clean.

We used Ibis Styles for our last night in Portugal before departing to the airport for our trip home. We chose this hotel because they offer free shuttle to the airport (only for outbound trips to the airport). For that the hotel worked perfectly. The hotel is very clean and quiet. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The food in the restaurant was okay for hotel food but service was a bit slow -- although that seemed to be because they were maybe training up new wait staff. All in all this is a nice hotel that I would return to.
