The Jam hotel was an amazing location and place for our family to stay. We fit comfortably in the mega hotel, as a family of 5. The train stop was right outside, so we could venture to the beach for the day and explore the city. Great hotel for sure!

No welcome received, no instructions
When I arrived didn’t felt that warming welcome that I was expecting, seems she didn’t want to be there. I had to ask questions about what was happening as no checking instructions or information given. Also I found on my room floor some kettles but wasn’t sure if I could use it or not as it wasn’t mentioned by check in person think her name is Mariana. Believe my experience could be much better if had received different reception.

We stayed at JAM for one night while in Lisbon. The room was fantastic as it was big enough to accommodate our family of 5, with 2 bunk beds and a Queen. The vibe was super cool, the staff was very friendly and the breakfast was excellent. The kids loved the rooftop pool and the views were fantastic! We will definitely stay there again on our next trip to Lisbon!

Love the hotel! Rooms are great for families, the roof top pool is great! Hotel is surrounded by clubs and bars, which make it noisy and sketchy for families with kids. Besides the restaurant in the hotel, restaurants are a good 20-25 min walk. Overall we really enjoyed our stay. We would stay here again.

Hotel was very clean and much of it seemed brand new. Very friendly and welcoming staff from the moment we checked in. The kids loved the bunk beds we had in our room and the whole industrial aesthetic gave it real interesting (but useful) character. There was plenty of usb charging points in our room which was much appreciated.

This hotel is located near the waterside. Recommend taking the tram or Ubers for a short ride (<5 mins) into the main parts of Lisbon. The hotel is excellent - very nicely done. We had a family room for a one night stay and found it to be perfect for what we needed.

Cool rooms. Pool on roof is cool too, but very small, not for swimming. Location is across from the water where they work on ships, neat to see, but to swim you have to take train or such about 20 minutes.

The property was overall good and the staff and service were also good. Our air conditioning wasn’t working and our room was almost unbearable. They worked to fix it and claimed to have a few times but it never ended up working. With one window on a busy street there was no airflow from that and it was very noisy. There was also no refrigerator in the room so we couldn’t have cold drinks or anything. That being said, it was a very cool esthetic and the kids loved the bunk beds.
