Our Lisbon hotel

Very friendly staff who helped us with places to go. Comfy and large bed and air con was a big bonus. Right in the heart of the city so handy for lots.

The Beginning of our adventure

This was the beginning of a bigger trip with friends. I would definitely stay here again. Great location and staff was great.

The location is great! The front desk staff was very responsive and accommodating. The room itself was spacious. However, the building is old and it shows. It looks like they have tried and are in the process of making some improvements, but possibly a little too late or it’s just not enough yet. The bed wasn’t very comfortable either. Overall, it’s a mediocre stay, but awesome in terms of location for the price.

Great location, but fairly noisy

Great location in central Lisbon. Easy for sight seeing, transport links and restaurants and felt very safe. Staff were friendly and reception was always manned. Only downside was it was fairly noisy, even at night. I slept fine but I could see it being a problem for a light sleeper.

This hotel was in the perfect area for exploring Lisbon. We arrived early after an overnight flight and were able to store our luggage and explore. We stayed on the third floor and even though it was on a busy street it was very quiet at night (great soundproofing when the windows closed). Everything we wanted to see in Lisbon was a quick walk away or transit was close by. I would recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Lisbon.

The perfect place to stay for first time Lisbon visitors! Close to shopping, many dinner options near by and many of Lisbon’s must sees are only 5-10 minutes walking. The staff were very friendly and the hotel rooms are spacious.

The hotel room had no blinds/screens and the curtains were falling down. I was informed that there was no iron available in the hotel and there was also very limited hanging space for clothes. Only one toilet roll was provided. No access to drinking water only a mini bar. The reception staff requested cash only for payment of the city tax. Luggage storage did not appear very secure.
