The property was adorable. Very friendly staff and accommodating. The room was quite roomy with a Juliette balcony and a view at the end of the street of the river (a few blocks and large square away, but still!) The street is pedestrian so ubers need to drop you up the little hill to the next street. Hardwood floors (yay!), nice shower, efficient a/c, which we needed and appreciated, makeup mirror, lovely linens. Would stay here again. We had #404.

Plus- Hotel is clean and in a central / safe area. Minus- The safes in the room are NOT bolted down, rendering it useless. No sheer curtains, so room always dark. Nightstand was coming off the wall. We reported it the first day of our stay. We were told maintenance would repair it the next day. Four days later, when we checked out, still not repaired. Something green on bathroom vent.

Good location but the hotel rooms are in desperate need of repair and maintenance. The toilet seat was loose, the bedside drawers were falling off with nails sticking out, and the shower didn’t even maintain hot water for a 3 min shower.

The hotel check in process could use some improvement. They took a photo copy of our passports and wrote down our credit card number. When I questioned the security of this the employee seemed not to take me seriously. I could see other peoples passports and credit card numbers. As well we were given a parking pass that was supposed to be a discount except it did not work when we got the the parking lot which worked out ok as we ended up paying less with the parking lot then we would have with the hotel. As for the rest of the stay the hotels its self was great. Clean, quiet and comfortable. Its location was great as well. The staff after check in was wonderful and gave great suggestions and attended to our concerns.

This boutique hotel couldn’t be in a better location. Walking distance to all the historic sites and a couple block from the lift to the castle. Alfonso was so helpful at reception with great local food recommendations and advice on the area. Breakfast was good and it’s amazing that there are archaeological ruins lit below a glass floor downstairs- pretty incredible!

Centrally located in Baxia. Parking garage about 5 min walk and difficult to find due to road detours, recommend highly if you do not have a car in Lisbon. We parked in the garage and did not drive until leaving for the airport. Faster and easier to walk in Lisbon or use public transport.

Great boutique hotel.

Lovely small and quirky hotel right in the centre of Lisbon. Staff were all very friendly and polite. Room, and the rest of the hotel were spotlessly clean, Would definitely recommend and stay here again next time we are in Lisbon.

Great location and the staff was helpful. There was some renovations being done and once the front door was locked there was no one behind the counter and our card could not get us into the building. We walked around for a bit and when we returned everything was fine.
