Everything was so perfect since the check in process when the staff greeted us and introduced us around the hotel. The room was spacious with a huge comfortable bed, shower was nice. Bartender was friendly and cocktails were tasty too.

Propre, bien situé mais un peu cher.
L’hôtel est très propre. C’est la deuxième fois qu’on y va et j’y retournerais sans hésiter. Là promotion de nous remettre un coupon de 5 euros pour une consommation au bar et de ne pas faire notre chambre ne vaut pas le coup.

Sisters cruise trip and Lisbon stay
We stayed for 2 days after our cruise. We arrive early. Front desk was welcoming and offered us an available room. We declined and said we’d wait for our reserved room on the upper floor. We toured Lisbon and returned to Lumen in the mid afternoon. Here’s when the service was exceptional. Front desk was friendly; offered us breakfast at 10 euros and a 30% restaurant discount. The bell boy took our luggage up, explained the various room switches, offered to get us extra coffee/tea/water. The room was large and airy, the furnishings new and the bed most comfortable. We would stay again in Lumen.
