The house is equipped with two expansive family rooms, a main living room featuring a flat-screen TV, and a kitchen. With a total of six bedrooms, including four en-suite bathroom suites, convenience and comfort are at the forefront of your experience. There is air conditioning throughout the villa, providing both heating and cooling options, while floor heating ensures warmth in all rooms except the attic and cellar.
Outdoor Entertaining Space
The outdoor areas are perfect for entertaining, featuring two dining tables, two barbecues, a pizza oven and a lounge with a fireplace. There is an exterior bathroom with toilet and shower available for general use in the outside area.
