Great location. Room OK in size. They clean every day - you just don't know when (once it was around 18:00). The only things that were missing in the room were drawers or shelves. breakfast was good, with lots of variety. Service: excellent!! At the restaurant, at the bar. Especially at the front desk: AAA to Andre Cardoso! If I'll ever come back to Lisbon - I Will come back to this hotel.

Safe area, near all of our tours. Excellent location. Hotel clean and new. Air conditioning did not work. Rooms small, but normal to be expected from Europe. Beds comfortable. Would stay here again.

I was very pleased with my accommodations and the service I received at My Story Hotel Figueira in Lisbon, Portugal. Andre was amazing I arrived super early 8:00am was jet lagged and he checked me in early. Rooms are spotless clean and comfortable. Polite staff and friendly Guiterem and Ronny were the best. Fabulous city break hotel
Perfect place to stay for our short city break in Lisbon. Firstly it was amazingly accessible via metro with one change from the airport meaning we were there in 30 mins. It’s a compact hotel with no separate lobby, but the bar/restaurant area where you check in is a lovely space and we enjoyed coffee and breakfasts there. Our room was small but very nicely set out - maybe would be tricky if mobility is an issue for some, but I think there are different room styles in any case. All staff were so friendly and helpful from front of house to restaurant and cleaning staff. Loved the breakfast which had gluten free options for us too. Lisbon is such a wonderful city and if we come back I would have no hesitation staying here again.

Pleasant stay
In a great spot, lovely room. We had a free upgrade on arrival, which was lovely. The downside to this was we only had a bath and not a stand up shower. Rated down because there was a dirty glass in the room, and our water wasn’t replenished when the room was tidied as we’d been told it would be. Overall I would recommend the hotel, fantastic value for money in a great locationz, would stay again if visiting Lisbon!
