What a gem! Beautiful hotel with beautiful amenities, workout facility/spa, rooftop bar, lobby bar with regular live music, and great restaurant. 15 minutes walking to the heart of Lisbon and the water. Amazingly nice and accommodating staff. Wish we could have stayed a few more nights!

The area of Avenida da Liberdade is stunning and perfectly situated for exploring the city. From start to finish, the staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, consistently going above and beyond to ensure we had an unforgettable stay. The lobby exudes elegance, the rooftop was beautiful, and the restaurants provide a culinary experience that far exceeded my expectations. This hotel truly embodies luxury and impeccable service. Liked the cleanliness and the roof terrace. Excellent bed and linen. Breakfast poor and service at breakfast slow and miserable. Should have more than one box of tissues in the room (only one in the bathroom). Balcony should be swept and cleaned as seats and floor dirty and dusty.
