The room was perfect for our family. The LOCATION was best because of how central it was to any event we wanted to attend. All the beds are very comfortable and the room was very spacious. The concierge was very friendly and has welcomed us and provided us with suggestions as to where to visit and great places to eat around the area. They even gave us a welcoming gifts in our room. I will definitely go back and stay there again.

An amazing property with an amazing location right at Rossio Square. Many thanks to the staff who, from the earliest contact, was incredibly helpful and welcoming. They even prepared a surprise for my Dad who was celebrating his birthday on the day we arrived. They made every effort to make us feel special. We loved staying here and I would not hesitate to stay here again.

The location is excellent for a first time visitor. Downtown with easy walking access to lots of dining and attractions. It’s quite touristy though. The apartment was clean, nicely updated and comfortable. The host kept in touch via WhatsApp and was totally unobtrusive but responsive. I highly recommend it.

Wonderful hospitality!
Henrique was wonderful! We received a warm and helpful welcome. We were greeted with such hospitality and when it was noted that it was my birthday, even extra gifts and special surprises appeared! The property was charming and a great location to explore Lisbon from. This area of the city is the flattest , making it a good choice for anyone with walking challenges. There were many special touches offered which we appreciated very much! Thank you Henrique for making our stay special!

Terrific Time at Residentas
We had a delightful two night stay in a 1 bedroom Residentas Apt. The 1st floor apt (1 above main level), directly accross from Praca do Rossio, was perfect for the 2 of us. The kitchen table was set, and provided great amenities, fruit, coffee, tea, yogurt, cereal, juice, eggs, cold water, etc. for a jump start fter a late night arrival. The kitchen was well stocked w/cookware, etc, even rice, pasta, oil, vegetables, and a clean sponge! Attention to detail & cleanliness was quickly noted! The staff was wonderful with communication & welcoming; making sure our thoughts were answered and offering answers to questions we hadnt voiced outloud! Detailed, personal answers were always prompt. The window coverings were extremely helpful w/light and noise. At most times, it was hard to imagine there was so much activity present right beyond the window. From our apt, the ding of the street crossing signal was present, which was difficult to turn my brain off and sleep. The only frustrating moments were, a few hours in early a.m. hours, when a family w/young children were doing laps on the old wood floors in the apt above our bedroom. So, if youre a light sleeper, ask for an apt on a top floor. The location was amazing and everything was within walking distance. Our journey in Lisbon had to move on, but we would've truly prefered to stay and extend our stay in the Residentas.
Mid November, perfect weather and the Christmas festival, right out the front window.

This is one of the nicest hotels I have ever stayed in! The people working there are very friendly & super accommodating. The manager went out of his way to make sure we had everything we needed for our stay. The apartments are beautifully decorated & absolutely spotlessly clean! There is not one negative thing to say about this property. We liked it so much that we look forward to returning for a longer stay. Perfect in every way!

Stayed here for 5 days and it was pleasant aside from my belongings getting stolen by house keeping. The room we stayed in was spacious, clean and comfortable, but I would advise putting away all your belongings before you leave for the day so nothing gets stolen. I mentioned my valuable item going missing from the room to management, but they didn’t seem too concerned about looking into it properly. I would think theft of your guests valuable items by house keeping would be taken seriously but that didn’t seem to be the case. It’s a shame this ended up being my experience because I was pleased with the stay at first, but stealing from your guests is unacceptable and inexcusable. I shouldn’t have to worry about my belongings going missing from the hotel room I paid good money to be in, and I was not happy with the way management handled the situation.

This was a very nicely furnished apartment. The air conditioning was great and we appreciated the well-appointed kitchen. Also of note is the laundry machine that was very helpful to have. Close proximity to groceries, dining and night life. We will be back again!

I would highly recommend these apartments to anybody visiting Lisbon. They are situated right on Rossio square so you are in the heart of everything and with the metro station close by, you can access any part of Lisbon you require. The apartments are large, clean and very well soundproofed so no noise from the square outside. The staff are exemplary and can not do enough for you. There is excellent communication before and during your stay, any queries are answered immediately and they provided us with some excellent choices for places to eat and places to visit during our stay. Would definitely stay here again!
