Lovely apartment
The apartment is exactly as described. It felt bigger than the pictures portrayed. It was great to have the 2 bathrooms. The owner is very nice and friendly. Only 2 minor negatives firstly the bin collection is very early and loud (not much can be done about it) and secondly, there are those annoying fruit flies, we just got some fly spray. Overall a great place to stay a short distance from Lisbon Centre. Thank you for hosting us.

Reading the reviews I was expecting more. David was a great host and the apt was clean as pictured. Sadly there was lots of fruit flies in the apt. right when you walk in. Unfortunately, the area was not great. It was loud at night. The walls were so thin you heard everything from the trash pick up at 1230am to the people talking and walking by. 2:30am Glass breaking. Understandable because you are on Street level with this price. Ideal for one night. I live in NYC so I understand noisy cities. The plus is that it’s close to the airport and the 10min drive to the beach by car.

Great apartment in a family community
David was great and met us at the apartment upon arrival. Very informative of the area and gave us great information on places to visit. The family run restaurant was right next door and had great authentic portugese food.

An Almada Gem
David was a fantastic host. We met him a bit early and he was able to meet us and check us in. We were able to try his family restaurant, Horatio's and it was such a treat, even though it was a very local Portuguese restaurant, were able to communicate with some English. We had takeout Christmas Eve and it was perfect. The apartment was great for our family and within walking distance to the bakery, restaurant and coffee shops. Driving into Lisbon was no problem and we were able to visit several towns in the area. We had an excellent time, hope to return again if we are in Lisbon. Highly recommend David's vacation apartment!!

This apartment is as advertised and was very clean. It is a little far from city centre but was good for our overnight stay before we went to airport. It does have some amazing lookout areas and views within walking distance. 😊

Fabulous apartment in a fun neighborhood!
We enjoyed our stay at this property. David was awesome at meeting us at property and going over everything. He helped us with some confusion on using the ATM (which I would not recommend needing to do intentionally!) and was available for any questions. It is so helpful to have a local person so helpful as David with us traveling internationally from the US the first time! We dined at the family restaurant which was truly our best meal in Portugal!! Thank you David for your impeccable hospitality!

Absolutely wonderful apartment, would definitely recommend!
The apartment is very clean and spacious, it has two bathrooms and two showers as well as two good size bedrooms with very comfortable beds. The kitchen is very big and has everything you may need. It's about 8 min walk or 2 bus stops from the ferry that takes you right to the center of Lisbon in 10 min. David is an excellent host; he met us at the apartment and answered all our questions. But the best of all, they have a family restaurant in the same building. The food is amazing! Great choice of fresh seafood and meats cooked to perfection; the prices are very good too. We really enjoyed our stay!

Short but sweet
We were only in Lisbon overnight to catch our flight the next day. The apartment was very clean and comfortable. David was an excellent host and shared alot of local knowledge. Only minor complaint was being next door to a restaurant with outdoor seating a little noisy in the evening. Very lovely apartment with great location.

Apartamento y atención maravillosas
Aunque el aspecto de la zona no acompaña a la vivienda resulto ser una zona bastante tranquila, y se nota que el propietario le puso mucho cariño para que los huespedes estuviesen agusto durante la estancia. Una vivienda muy bien equipada con distintos electrodomésticos incluso para casos de emergencia. El propietario siempre fue amable cada vez que tenía alguna duda con la reserva. Incluso una vez allí nos recomendo unos cuantos sitios para visitar y distintas formas de transporte para no tener que ir con el coche a Lisboa para evitar trafico y otros problemas y se mostro disponible para resolver cualquier otra duda. Muy recomendable la verdad y si volviesemos nos quedariamos otra vez ahi.

superbe logement très bien placé
Un superbe logement à 10mn à pied du ferry qui permet pour 1,50€ A/R d'arriver directement en plein centre de Lisbonne. Très propre et spacieux, 2 chambres, 2 salles de bain, une belle cuisine et salon, un endroit très agréable que nous conseillons vivement. Merci à David pour son hospitalité.
