Reception was good. Very helpful staff. Room was compact. Good for a night as it is close to the airport. Our flight was at 6:15 pm and the check out time was 12:00 noon. After we checked out they agreed to keep our luggage for free until we went sightseeing. Stayed one night. The only disappointment was the uncomfortable bed and the rock- hard pillow. It was like sleeping on a log.

Broken rain shower head and soap dish in shower. Hooks missing in bathroom. Dirty rug when we checked in. Did not look like it was vacuumed. Hallway rugs in terrible shape. Staff were great though!

We had a late check in and had filled out the form online for keyless check in that asked for Passport number, address and several other identifying items. However, we never received the link, so we had to wait at 11:30 pm for an attendant to get us checked in. The hotel was in poor condition with dirty hall floors, scratched walls and made my wife feel ill at ease to stay here, especially since the door had no lock bar on the inside for added safety.

GVFM modern hotel.
Great value hotel convenient for Airport. Clean modern room, quiet, comfortable bed. Helpful staff and near to a couple of supermarkets/shops. On bus route with a regular service to the centre.

Not very close to Lisbon Airport (10 Euro cab ride away) and no dining options close by. Only accessible by taxi or Uber, not really convenient by bus or Metro and too far from airport / Metro to walk. We arrived late (10pm and they had no food in the hotel and the only local restaurant was closed). Had to ask them to move us to a different suite, as the first one had a strong smell of cleaning products. Other than that, the staff tried to accommodate as best they could and the building is fairly new, suites are all OK for a short 'airport' stay. Doing it again, I would check distance from airport and stay closer, someplace with better transport options,
