Location, cleanliness and staff were great. The room was very small. There were 2 outlets in the entire room, both at the desk, so you could not charge your phone by the bed or use any hair tools near a mirror. It was also awkward that you can see into the shower and bathroom from the main area of the room.

I loved the location of the hotel. The staff was so kind. It was my birthday while staying there, and the hotel surprised me by calling my room; letting me know that there was a gift for me; then asked permission to bring it up. Room service showed up with a bottle of wine and gourmet cupcakes, with a lovely note from the hotel staff!!!

The staff were friendly and accomodating. The area is a great base to explore Lisbon from with a short walk to a variety of public transport, and walking to many sights. Many restaurants and shops nearby. Clean, comfortable and safe property, but I could hear the TV and noise from the room next door, and its a bit loud due to traffic and things outside. I'd stay here again.
