Excellent Location, Modern and comfortable
The Lift is in the middle of it all in Lisbon, in perhaps the most walkable area with endless shopping and eating establishments. While the area is well worn tourist trap you still benefit from quality; modern hotel design. If i could change one thing it would be to have a chair to sit on in the room but it was fine for one night and one person.

Very friendly staff who went out and bought gluten free bread so I could eat the breakfast. Very clean. Postage stamp sized room. We both tripped on the ripped carpet on the stairs and took the lift after that, but otherwise great.

Staff were friendly. Location is excellent with landmarks and transit close to hotel. The room we stayed in on the top floor might not be comfortable for tall people due to the way room is designed but it was clean and spacious for three people.

Honestry, i regret booking the historic room because it was not spacious as i expected. It was because that was kind a attic and it makde the ceiling was diagonal. The price should not be higher than other rooms.

The Lift Boutique is a small cute nice hotel very well located in the downtown of Lisbon close to everything you need. The staff in the hotel is the best very friendly and open to help you in all what you need. Glad to choose this option.

I booked this property last minute as I wanted to spend an extra night in sorento. Very cute!! Perfectly placed. They even had the staff meet me at the elevator coming up from the ferry so I didn’t have to transport my luggage again

Very convenient centrally located hotel only a few metres from the Elevador de Santa Justa. State on front desk and breakfast incredibly helpful and friendly. I would recommend this hotel for anyone wanting a Lisbon stay. Ground floor and facade currently being renovated but no problem and hopefully be completed soon. Then WOW!

Very convenient location and great 24/7 service. Reachable by WhatsApp which was handy. A little bit slippery in shower room after cleaning. It was also noisy with footsteps we could hear from upstairs. Overall location is great, walkable to everywhere.

Nothing special.
Decent enough hotel right in the centre of Lisbon. Rooms at the rear of the property face onto quite a grim courtyard - as such, I didn’t spend anytime on the balcony. The hotel does have character but not very luxurious. Breakfast was decent though with limited options.

Lovely little hotel in the centre of Lisbon, close to two metro stations and almost next door to the Santa Justa Lift. The staff were all very friendly and helpful, breakfast was good value for money, excellent omlettes, cooked to order. The hotel was clean, but it could do with a bit of upgrading in places (the stair carpet was worn in places) Overall though a fabulous place to stay and would definitely return if i was travelling back to Lisbon. :)
