Property was wonderful. Would stay here again. Staff was very courteous. I hurt my hip and staff had ice pack and heat pad that I used. Very much appreciated. Walking distance to Rossini square and Augusta Dr and alfama district and tram 28.

The property is clean, great location, very walkable, many stores. A bit noisy at night because of location, but we did not mind after full day of being activd tourists. They gave us option to leavd our stuff, which was very convenient and useful. Thank you stuff

Pros: - Easy to check in/get to our apartment (one bedroom, living room with kids beds, bathroom, kitchen). Great location. The studio apartment was a bit dark with only one small window so needed artificial lighting and air conditioning at all times. The bathroom had no windows and a small ceiling fan so it had a continuous bad smell. I requested an early check-in and was told that our room would be prepared first but we could not get in until after 3:00 pm.
