Hard to get to. Once there you must park. But you can walk to everything. Parking was fine outside hotel. It’s extra $$$ Front desk check in service was horrible. No help or explanation we asked three times about parking before we could understand. Our key cards didn’t work TWICE and we had to go back to front desk. The elevators were awful. Most times didn’t come. Waited too long so went to stairs. We stayed at five different hotels while in Portugal. This was the most uncomfortable bed. We unfortunately had booked two nights. Second night I had to sleep on pillows. Also couldn’t sleep because there was some extremely loud AC or condenser unit outside close to our patio door and it never shut off… door closed and ear plugs could still hear it. The room we had was view behind hotel. It was not a nice site. Run down apartments or buildings.

I didn’t like that a QR code was needed to drive into the area. Since the hotel didn’t provide the QRCode after I requested it twice via messaging, I had to park elsewhere and take an Uber to the “gate” and then hike uphill to the hotel.

What a wonderful stay here! It was difficult to get to by car but once there, we parked in their underground garage and left the car there until our departure. Buffet breakfast included which was very good. Right next to National Palace of Sintra. Walkable to all sites, restaurants and shopping. Definitely recommend staying there!

The hotel is truly central - walk out the door and you are at the National Palace and Plaza. The staff was excellent - so accommodating. Everything was grand!

The check in was not a straight forward. We were stuck on the road for almost 15 minutes not knowing what to do.Prior to that,They’ve sent me a link to get an access code to open the barrier on the entrance. I don’t check my emails whilst on my vacation. Not recommending this place.

What a great experience!
What an amazing town and amazing hotel! The staff was friendly and helpful and helped round out a most perfect stay in Sintra. The room was spacious, clean and welcoming. Provided a 'welcome' snack and bottle of wine which just shows a lot of class and made them stand out among the hotels we've stayed at along the way. Highly recommend.
