Hotel was clean and staff were friendly. However, we ran out of tissues in our room, and asked for a new box of tissues at the front desk. No tissues were ever sent up to our room.

Plenty of parking in the parking garage. Walkable to almost everything downtown. Clean room, good a/c, clean bathroom. Although no dining room, they do have a small vending alcove with sandwiches, chips, etc... In addition, they do have a coffee shop with breakfast breads, ect... Easily walkable to a variety of dining establishments.

Every time I visit Little Rock, I stay at this hotel. It’s conveniently located to restaurants, bars, coffee shops, etc. I consider it a pretty safe area! i really didn't like that the parking garage was behind the building. The garage was safe and well lit. I wasn't prepared to pay $11 a day to park. It was fine, cheaper than alot of cities. It was just awkward

Tried to call the front desk about ice, but the phone rang over 5 times. It was never answered. Finally another guest told me where the ice was located. Would stay again as a good deal for the price.
